Return Policy

All pieces made by Lauren Sullivan are made by hand with only the highest quality of 14k fold fill, sterling silver and semiprecious hand picked stones. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Lauren Sullivan will provide online stores credit within 10 business days of the shipment date.

Please ship all returns in the original packaging along with the receipt. Jewelry must be returned in original condition. Please make sure that the package is insured, as we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail, or jewelry broken via shipping. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
